Automotive Parts Advisor

Due to growth within our Dealership, we are looking for an extra Parts Advisor to join our team.The Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting all our Technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies and reports directly to the Parts Manager.Job Responsibilities:Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.Handle parts payment collection and ensure all parts are invoiced correctly through the service department.Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer when necessary.Complete accurate record keeping.Refer to parts manual to identify the correct part for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced.Required Skills:Sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues, and computer stock lists.Stock control.Ability to create great customer experiences.If you believe you are the right person for this role, please send your CV and cover letter as soon as possible.Please include in your cover letter:Why you would like the position.Why you think you are the best person for the role.What skills you think you have for this role.If you get the position, when can you start.Contact: ****** online for this role or contact Julia Phillips for more information.
