TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: *Have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team *Diagnose faults in vehicles and advise of required remedies *Guide and help train apprentices *Liaise with the front office and manage day-to-day workload and distribution of work among technicians *The ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure with a high level of accuracy *The ability to guide others to work towards timeframes *Experience working with European vehicles an advantage *Be driven by results and focused on outcomes *Be willing to continue to learn and develop skills *Have a high attention to detail & high accuracy level *Have excellent phone & written communication skills *Have good computer skills *Other activities that serve the team and business as required SKILLS & EXPERIENCE *Be Qualified with a Level 4 certificate in Automotive engineering or higher or equivalent *High-quality servicing and repairs on all makes and models of cars, 4WD's, campervans and light commercial vehicles *Full NZ Drivers Licence *Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' philosophy of the business If this sounds like you then get in touch today for a confidential chat.
