Automotive Electrician

ELITE AUTO CENTER LIMITED, Auckland
We are based in Auckland, urgently looking for Automotive Electrician, Full Time Role- 30 to 40 hours per week. Pay starts from $32 per hour.
As an Automotive Electricians you will be responsible to  install, maintain and repair electrical wiring and electronic components in motor vehicles.
Job Duties: 



using test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions




dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components




installing electrical equipment and electronic components in motor vehicles like Dashcam, Reverse cameras, music systems, centre locking and other accessories.




connecting power-operated vehicle equipment and accessories to power supply




adjusting engine control systems and timing




testing and replacing defective alternators, generators, voltage regulators and starter motors




repairing and replacing faulty ignition and electrical wiring




replacing defective parts such as fuses, lamps and switches





Requirements :

Suitable person must have a Diploma in relevant field - Electrical or Automotive Electrical or a three years of relevant experience may substitute the qualification requirements.

Relevant experience in the similar field would be advantageous.
