As a Diagnostic/Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving vehicle issues, ensuring the safety and reliability of customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests using advanced equipment and tools to identify automotive problemsAnalyse diagnostic results and develop effective repair plansPerform automotive repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and company standardsCollaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceKeep accurate records of all repairs and services performedStay updated on the latest automotive technology and trends through ongoing training and educationRequirements Relevant automotive qualificationProven experience as a Diagnostic Technician in an automotive workshop environmentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsFranchise brand training up to Diagnostic/Master level highly preferredProficiency in using diagnostic equipment and softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfactionAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA clean and valid driver's licenseBenefits $35-$40 per hour plus performance-based bonusesOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative team environment40 hour work weeks guaranteed, with overtime when requiredHow to apply
