Automotive Colour Matching Technician.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Car Paint Colour Technician to join our dynamic team in Otahuhu, Auckland. As a Colour Matcher, you will play a key role within our Production Team, ensuring the creation of high-quality finishes for our clients. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities that support the achievement of production targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix paint using Noroo formulations and tints to achieve the desired colour.
Perform precise colour matching based on client samples.
Prepare samples for client approval.
Maintain paint booths and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and proactivity to meet evolving business and client requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in spray painting, paint mixing, and material preparation.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality finishes.
Proficiency in numerical and mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Current and full driver's license preferred (reliable transport is essential).
Experience with other car paint systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with maintaining spray booths and filters.
