You will be accountable for coordinating and enabling the site Asset & Technology Leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure uninterrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, that quality assurance activities are performed, and that resources are properly allocated and available during the shift. You will take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
Leading line teams
Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
Influencing people in a union environment
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail
More About This Role What You Need to Know About This Position:
To provide functional support to install, repair, and maintain precision equipment and keep production running. The position requires broad knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, PLCs, and machine repair practices and techniques.
What Extra Ingredients You Will Bring: Troubleshoot and implement software changes to Allen Bradley Compact and Control Logix platform of PLC's
Software changes to man/machine graphical interface system, including Panel view and similar
Working with and troubleshooting machines electronics
Support new machine builds, installations, modifications, and support with process lines reactive and preventative maintenance.
Suggest and implement improvements to manufacturing/internal processes, information, and procedures.
Take advantage of all cost reduction opportunities. Implement process Instrumentation solutions to reduce cost in the production lines.
Establish and maintain effective communications with production, quality, engineering, safety, and vendors
Participate in ongoing cross-training activities within the organization
Establish and follow up project implementation as needed; including timing, concept, feasibility design, specifications, construction, and commissioning as required
Follow and comply with all IL6S principles and philosophies
Proven record of making improvements to your area
Coordinate Utilities maintenance
Ensure reliability of Automated Control System, Design, and commissioning of Allen Bradley PLC architecture
Coordinate calibration of Measuring and Monitoring Equipment
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronic / Electronic / Electrical).
