Job Responsibilities: Perform auto glass repairs and replacements for a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise fitting and alignment.
Ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, including explaining the process to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with additional tasks as required by management.
Price and quote automotive jobs.
Organize and schedule work efficiently.
Recalibrate windscreens (training provided if needed).
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Valid New Zealand driver's license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
