Aus Inds Internal Sales & Key Acct Supp

As a key member on the team, you will be focusing on our hydraulic hose and fittings range. Your client base will be from the mining and agricultural industry. You will be required to provide service to direct major mining customers and sub-contractors of the mining businesses.

As an Internal Sales you will be reporting to the Branch Manager and working in a team of 10 located in Mackay QLD.

Your role:

Provide customer service - counter sales and via phone

Process orders via phone and email

Support a diverse customer base in providing hydraulic hose and fittings product support

Attend to sales enquiries, investigations on order discrepancies and or invoices

Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

What you need:

Experience in hydraulics hose and fittings products would be an advantage for this role.

Demonstrate salesmanship and sales process knowledge.

Proven ability to engage, build, and upsell with customers.

Strong technical skills and problem solving.

Computer literacy , experience using Pronto would be advantageous.

Good communication and written skills.

Team player with a can-do attitude.
