Nga korero mo te turanga - About the roleYou will play a key role within the ITS Service Operations team where you will demonstrate your technical knowledge and experience as you provide the audio visual support for the University from our Hillcrest campus.
You will support our diversity of staff in their AV support needs which can range from assistance in teaching/meeting rooms to computer labs and everything in between such as video recording and TV studio.In addition to being the first point of contact, you will conduct proactive and ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the AV solutions and technology, as well as investigate new solutions to implement to improve our AV in our varied teaching spaces.A competitive salary will be based on your applicable skills, knowledge and experience.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

- Who are you?Along with your recognised AV industry certification or solid industry experience, you will have the following:Experience in an audio visual customer support/service delivery role with proven experience with desktop software products e.g.
Microsoft; Panopto; Zoom.Full, clean driver's licence.Strong technical awareness of AV solutions and services with an understanding of ITIL service management practices.Strong communication skills with a proactive customer focus approach.Ko wai matou?
