Vintech Pacific Limited vintechpacific.co.nz is New Zealand's leading provider of mobile production technologies to the wine industry from our head office in Gisborne and regional bases in Auckland, Napier, Blenheim and Cromwell.We offer services across all aspects of the winemaking process with technologies for clarification, extraction, stabilisation, filtration, low-and-no alcohol wine, winery sanitation, winemaking ingredients and equipment sales.Vintech Pacific Limited are seeking an experienced technician to join our team and supervise our Auckland Branch.Our ideal candidate will possess the following:At least one year of previous relevant experience.Previous experience with the operation of Crossflow Filters, Centrifuge, RDV (Rotary Drum Vacuum), STARS Electrodialysis and Reverse Osmosis along with other technology we offer would be an advantage.Previous experience with Health and Safety requirements and protocols will be highly regarded.A full drivers license and forklift license is required.A mechanical and/or engineering backgrounds would be an advantage.The ability to work unaccompanied and plan your week's work.Computer knowledge and excellent record keeping.This is a full-time position that will require a minimum of 30 hours per week with the majority of the work in the Auckland region, however, it will require occasional travel between Hawkes Bay, Marlborough and Central Otago when required.Company vehicle is provided.Salary will be $30 per hour.
