About Us

We're L'affare. The coffee business - ever since 1990. We were born out of a love for espresso in Wellington at our café and HQ. 33 years later, we're still there on College Street. At eight years young, our flagship Auckland Cafe and HQ in Newmarket is humming and houses our Auckland based crew.

Our people make us who we are today. We're a mixed bunch of creative, industrious, adventurous humans, all with a great love for serving NZ the freshest and tastiest coffee possible.
Why join us as our Sales Account Manager?

Our ambition is bold, and your role is to turn this ambition into reality. You'll lead growth and innovation by scoping out the best cafes in the Auckland and Central North Island regions and bringing them on board with L'affare.
You'll inherit a strong portfolio of customers that respect our people and brand alike, and with ongoing support and collaboration from your fellow team members you'll be set up for building new business too.
To us, it's not just about the partnerships we develop and maintain with our customers, it's about the partnership you have with our coffee too.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in face-to-face sales, and a solid track record of closing deals. You may be someone who has a year or two of sales experience under your belt or you may come from hospitality and are hungry for a role that offers you more. Either way, this is your opportunity into the world of specialty coffee.

For anyone who is in sales already you'll know that in this market growing business is just as important as retaining existing business and it all comes down to the relationships you build along the way. Someone with passion, drive and motive who puts relationships at the forefront of their sales approach is what we are after.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with some travel required. In return, L'affare offers fresh coffee on tap, beans to take home, 5 days of recharge leave and the opportunity to be involved in coffee events.
