Micro, the original Swiss kick scooter brand, is seeking a passionate Marketing & Campaign Specialist to join our small but energetic Wellington team.
As a global brand with products sold in over 80 countries, we've been the trusted name in premium, innovative scooters across Australasia since 2007.
We're looking for someone to lead our marketing efforts for the Australian and New Zealand markets, driving brand growth and sales with both our direct customers and retailers.
About the role As our Marketing & Campaign Specialist, you'll oversee everything from our websites to social media, email marketing to our ambassador program.
This role offers you the creative freedom to craft and execute strategies that build brand loyalty, foster community, and drive engagement and sales, keeping the Micro brand at the forefront of consumers' minds.
Content Management: Create and manage content across our digital channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Social Media: Develop and execute our organic social media strategy, growing our online community and managing our ambassador and influencer program.
Paid Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with our external Digital Agency to deliver paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other social platforms.
Website Management: Day-to-day management of our B2C and B2B e-commerce sites on Shopify, optimising content, SEO and user experience to maximise conversions.
Email Marketing: Develop and send targeted EDMs, engaging both our public and B2B databases.
Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva to create eye-catching digital and print marketing assets, such as display ads, website banners, posters and email marketing graphics.
Who you are: You have 3+ years of marketing and communications experience.
You're an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience working in an e-commerce CMS like Shopify.
You've worked with an email marketing platform like Klaviyo to create and send EDMs.
You have an eye for design and know your way around Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
You're a team player with excellent communication skills, and you're ready to take ownership of your role and drive success.
You have compelling copywriting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
You're up for a challenge.
With a broad scope, you'll give things a go; challenge the status quo and develop yourself personally at the same time.
