John Paul II High School – Greymouth, South IslandAn opportunity has arisen for an outstanding administrator to join our team as the new Attendance Officer. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Excellent communication skills with families, students, and colleagues, with a great phone manner;A high level of literacy and numeracy with the ability to analyse attendance data and recognise patterns;Strong IT skills and quick to pick up the student management system;Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;Accuracy of data recording;Keep good humour under pressure;Hard working, kind, good value, and willing to support their colleagues with the day-to-day running of the office as needed;Able to work with confidential and sensitive information and maintain privacy.This job is part-time (4 hours per day), term-time only. You will work as part of a great admin team, directly reporting to the Principal and Deputy Principal Pastoral Care. Working out of the main school office, you will also need to help out in busy times answering the phone or helping students.John Paul II High School is an excellent school with a great student body.
