To learn more about our people and organisational structure, check out www.airways.co.nz/about.About the Team:The Air Traffic Services (ATS) Group is an operational business unit responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Air Navigation Services throughout New Zealand's Flight Information Region.About the Role:We're open to this role being based in either our Auckland (airport) or Christchurch (Burnside) offices.Reporting to the Manager Future Services, as ATS Innovation Business Partner you will identify which future projects or changes are needed to meet strategic goals together with the appropriate change processes and implementation requirements.Key aspects of the role include portfolio management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.This will see you analyse, plan, evaluate, and coordinate proposed initiatives whilst acting as a trusted advisor, providing sound guidance and support to relevant operational leaders.
