Position Purpose:

The Assurance and Performance Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the assurance, controls, auditing, and performance reporting for the organisation's clinical programmes. This role ensures that all contractual obligations, including Statement of Service Performance, Annual Planning, and Annual Reporting, are met with the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.

The Assurance and Performance Lead works in collaboration with Programme Leads and the Clinical Operations Manager to deliver continuous quality improvement in programmes, exception reporting and comprehensive performance analysis across all clinical programmes.
