The incumbent plays a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Director and managing the operations and administrative aspects of clinical training.Areas of ResponsibilitySupport the Assistant Director in operations and administrative workWork with internal (Director and NHG Healthcare institutions - HCIs) and external stakeholders including Ministry of Health (MOH) and IHLsCo-prepare the annual PPE report for submission to MOHProcess billings to IHLs and coordinate submission of accruals by HCIsEnsure utilisation of funding like the Pre-employment Clinical Training (PECT) meets the parameters set out in the annual Implementation NoteIdentify and implement process improvementsWork on projects and with other teams in reviewing PPE-related MOUs/agreements/policiesProvide secretariat and logistical support to meetings and tracking of deliverablesOpportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects.
