The Dasher Strategy & Operations team's mission is to sustainably accelerate Marketplace growth. Using a customer-obsessed approach, we own market strategy, consumer affordability, partnerships, new value propositions, and the Marketplace homepage.About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Associate to support strategy development, and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across supply, quality, pay and efficiency of our Dasher fleet - with a goal to better outcomes for Dashers, Merchants, Consumers, and to drive increased marketplace growth and profitability.This role will report to the Head of Dasher & Logistics, ANZ, while working closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations, New Zealand. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.While there is no typical day for our Strategy and Operations roles, you will work on a variety of tasks such as gathering and analyzing consumer data, translating your insights into a high-level vision and operational plan, and delivering the plan both by "do-ing" and leading cross-functional teams.You're excited about this opportunity because you will…Join us on our mission to build NZ's leading marketplace.
