The Opportunity Based in their Auckland offices, this role reports to two talented Partners within the Corporate team. Working across financial services as well as general corporate (including large transactions; buying/selling assets; raising funds; joint ventures; setting up a funds and investing) and commercial (including day-to-day operational work, terms and conditions; drafting contracts), your work will be complex, diverse and varied.
This is a full-time role with the ability to work flexibly.
About You The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Associate or newly qualified Senior Associate with approximately 5-7 years' experience A critical thinker Ability to form trusted relationships and collaborate with others Experience in both corporate law, commercial law and corporate finance Strong people skills with the ability to effectively engage, listen and collaborate with both internally and externally How to apply?
