About the Opportunity We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the busy construction team. In this role, you will work closely with four specialised partners and gain exposure to a wide range of dispute resolution methods, including adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and High Court proceedings. You will also be involved in the non-contentious aspects of construction, such as contract preparation, risk assessments, and procurement. The firm has an exciting pipeline of projects, and we are looking for someone eager to dive in and confidently deliver excellent results for clients. About You Ideally, you will have at least six years of PQE. The firm welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds-whether you are already a specialist in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, or you have substantial exposure in one area and wish to specialise further (for example, a commercial focusing primarily on construction-related disputes or someone with more transactional experience).
