About the role: The role includes liaising with partners projects including BIN setup, Digital Wallets, Printer Setup as well Data Migration from one processor to another. The role also includes some product management and operational responsibilities where you will be responsible for BA activities to understand business needs, model, processes and to develop and manage requirements through the project delivery cycle. This includes documenting those findings into reliable and detailed specifications that deliver reliable, scalable, and fit-for purpose solutions. You will be a proactive and forward-thinking member of the team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. This is a permanent position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. Your duties will include: Serving as the assigned Project Manager on projects that involves taking ownership for all issues associated with the processor, developers and managing these to closure. Planning, implementing, and formulating strategies and policies relating to information and communication technologies (ICT) Liaise with networks (Visa & Mastercard) to ensure all projects are implemented and delivered within its timeframes. Experience in delivering projects like BIN Migration, BIN setup, Digital Wallets, Virtual cards, Printer setup, and Key Management. Provide user training and assist with the selection and installation of ICT resources. Provide direction regarding ICT Operations by setting priorities for system development, maintenance and operations. Lead project initiation and planning, this includes your engagement with senior stakeholders, initiate projects, define projects plans and provide regular status updates. Identify project risks and dependencies for the management team throughout the projects. Develop and maintain documentation (external and internal) of the procedures, strategies, issues and ensure solutions provided to our external partners including networks (Visa, MC), Processors, Suppliers, Retailers etc. Engage key stakeholders and experts from other teams to understand business requirements of each of your projects you are managing. Ensure projects meet the global security (and other) standards stipulated by Euronet. About you: At least 2 years' experience in working in complex project management role or environment. Project or Business background with experience of network projects (BIN Setup, BIN Migration, Digital Wallets, 3D secure, API Integrations etc). Ability to apply project management method/methodology principles. Hands on experience on the data migration projects that involves understanding of production data cuts as well as key management. Understanding of network and project planning portals such as Visa-online, Mastercard connect, Apple Partner, Jira, confluence and Smartsheet. Highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Retail/Gift Cards/Prepaid/Processing Industry. Experience in card payments, card schemes, banking or payment gateways.
