This role will involve leading a team of 5 or more teachers as well as leading and designing learning experiences for your own class. You will:
have strong interpersonal skills
energy and enthusiasm for working with the emerging adolescent
a strong sense of integrity and ability to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
have an ability to role model our NX learner dispositions (R.E.S.P.E.C.T)
demonstrate knowledge of the leadership capabilities, the refreshed NZC and assessment for learning practices
