This role will have a focus on project and programme management on Telecommunications rollouts. We are seeking a Planner with programme management experience who has worked on infrastructure projects or similar, is interested in mentoring junior team members, and is keen to develop their career in the Telecommunications sector.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Planning team, you will support delivery of a range of projects. You will be responsible for the following:Supporting the delivery and management of Telecommunications and infrastructure projects across the Planning disciplineWorking beside the rest of the New Zealand & Pacific Service Line partnering with specialists from other disciplines across New Zealand; in the Auckland office we have Planning, Environmental Services, Landscape Architecture, Ecology & Marine Science, and Acoustics & Vibration to name a fewDelivering the best possible outcomes for clients with a focus on qualityProviding support and mentoring to junior team membersUndertaking technical and peer reviews of reportsEstablishing strong working relationships with clients and the team across SLRSkills and experienceYou will also possess the following skills:A professional qualification in Planning or other relevant degreeObtained or working towards full NZPI membership10-15 years' Planning experienceExperience delivering programme management of infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary project teamsStrong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables on competing timeframesA clear, concise and professional writing styleAn understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o WaitangiOur BenefitsWe are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
