Mo te Turanga | About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in Agribusiness, with the support you're providing focused around our Agri customers. This successful candidate is to be based out of the Blenheim Partners Centre.
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

Supporting Agribusiness Partners with all client's requirements as well as various stakeholders across the bank
Collaborating with BNZ specialists to deliver value-add products that meet our clients' requirements
Risk Management - quality assurance measures
Analysing customer financial accounts and credit proposals, and completing credit submissions
Delivering on SLA agreements

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
If you are a self-starter who has focus, energy, great communication skills and the flexibility to deliver on multiple tasks to deadlines then this role is perfect for you! Ideally, you'll have experience within banking and/or financial services, but also be customer-focused with a talent for building relationships. We are looking for:

Familiarity in a business banking environment, and/or an understanding of banking principles and document preparation is preferred
Strong attention to detail, but also the analytical skills and the ability to think outside the square
Credit and/or lending experience is preferred
Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of customers, and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of, experience within or passion for the Agribusiness sector would be advantageous
