The Opportunity Infosys Talent & Organisation practice, which specializes in Transformation, Leadership, and Performance, is looking for Consultant, Senior consultant, Principal consultant to join the team. If you have blended experience across Organisational Design, Organisational Development, Culture programs and Change Management – this could be your opportunity to be part of some truly meaningful initiatives and client engagement.
You will have the opportunity to work across engaging and complex projects for government agencies, transport, utilities, financial services, health services, private sector clients, and not-for-profits. You will solve problems and drive an era of quality care with outstanding and creative deliverables that show the power of organizational strategy and communications.
As an Associate Partner, you'll be looking to build on your already-developed management consulting experience, with an opportunity to lead and engage across business development initiatives. You will become involved in the strategic growth of the practice, whilst showing thought leadership to the team. You will:
Manage multiple and concurrent complex projects and engagementsBe accountable for managing project scope and delivering high-quality and timely results through strong communication and collaborationApply innovative and creative techniques in solving complex problems on projects, and suggest value-add processes and performance improvementsGrow and leverage market networks and research to provide insights, benefitting both clients and the firm's goalsEstablish relationship plans and contribute to the negotiation of service levels and costsLead across internal and client-facing culture-building activitiesBe a constructive leader and mentor teams by focusing on their development, commitment, and performanceLead in the technical training and development of team members.How are you extraordinary? Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Organisational Design, and/or Organisational Development, Culture and Leadership programs, and Change Management as a Specialist and/or Generalist.Demonstrated extensive change management and/or project management experience.
