You will become involved in the strategic growth of the practice, whilst showing thought leadership to the team. You will:Manage multiple and concurrent complex projects and engagementsBe accountable for managing project scope and delivering high-quality and timely results through strong communication and collaborationApply innovative and creative techniques in solving complex problems on projects, and suggest value-add processes and performance improvementsGrow and leverage market networks and research to provide insights, benefitting both clients and the firm's goalsEstablish relationship plans and contribute to the negotiation of service levels and costsLead across internal and client-facing culture-building activitiesBe a constructive leader and mentor teams by focusing on their development, commitment, and performanceLead in the technical training and development of team members.How are you extraordinary?Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Organisational Design, and/or Organisational Development, Culture and Leadership programs, and Change Management as a Specialist and/or Generalist.Demonstrated extensive change management and/or project management experience.
