We are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated senior nurse to join our established Associate Clinical Nurse Manager Team (ACNM) here in the Emergency Department at Tauranga Hospital. The role will be for a fixed term period of 12 months.
Our ACNM team has responsibility to encourage, support, develop and coach the ED nursing team, provide leadership and contribute to the day-to-day control of the department.
You will work alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager to take forward organisational objectives and ensure departmental standards are met. There is a significant commitment to working after hours, weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations within the Emergency Care department.Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care.Mentor and coach staff members to promote professional development and growth.Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
