Associate, Leadership and Organisation Development (L&OD) Associate, Leadership and Organisation Development (L&OD) Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)The L&OD Division comprises of three functional teams in the domain of Leadership Development (LD), Organisation Development (OD) and Learning.As an Associate of the team, your day-to-day responsibilities would include:Providing administrative and project management support on a range of OD activities and initiatives, which includes planning and organising workshops and briefings, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, tracking project milestones, updating OD records and databases, producing evaluation information, and processing invoices.Using survey platforms and systems to create and administer organisational surveys.Conducting descriptive and basic statistical analyses on data collected to produce meaningful findings and insights for stakeholders.Designing collaterals (electronic and printed) to publicise OD activities.RequirementsAt least two years of relevant learning or organisation development experienceGood team playerMeticulous with good interpersonal and communication skillsGood planning and organisational skillsExperience of using survey platforms and data analytics softwareAgency for Science, Technology and Research About the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is Singapore's lead public sector agency that spearheads economic oriented research to advance scientific discovery and develop innovative technology.
