The opportunity:
Reporting to Senior Investment Advisors at Brad Gross Wealth Advisory Group , the Associate will participate in a broad range of administrative and operational projects and tasks to support the efficient and successful operations of the team. The Associate will act as a resource person for Associates and Advisors on the team, and will complete administrative tasks, reporting, and account-related activities for the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative and Operational Support:
Acting as a general administrative and operational resource for Associates and Advisors (ex: printing statements, tax slips).
Completing administrative tasks related to account management such as preparing DocuSign information.
Preparing daily reports.
Providing information, where requested and approved by an Associate or Advisor, on the status of a client's account and provide account balances, quotes and other marketing information.
Maintaining client files, ensuring that all documentation and notes are compliant with industry regulations.
Assisting in preparing advisors for client meetings, including preparation of account opening documentation, product research, etc.
Performing general administrative tasks (ex: prepare letters, client communication pieces, etc.).
Proactively staying informed and up-to-date regarding company policies and procedures and compliance updates.
Client Service Support:
Assisting licensed professionals in managing client relationships by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
Serving as a point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Acting as a liaison between clients and licensed professionals, conveying messages and coordinating follow-up actions.
Performing other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study.
A minimum of one year's industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity.
A minimum of one year experience in a customer/client-service facing role.
Completion of CSC and CPH considered an asset.
Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to proactively organize and manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks and work.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage complex administrative and financial tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure financial and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.
A demonstrated, reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
An ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work requirements with the ability to navigate fluctuations in work volume to meet client and operational requirements.
An ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively in high-stress situations.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing extraordinary service to high-net-worth clients.
