About the opportunity:
This is an outstanding career opportunity to join our Dispute Resolution team in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland, working on commercial and civil disputes.
You'll work closely with key partners, assume responsibility for leading matters and play a key role in the development of the more junior solicitors within the team.
As the successful applicant you will have at least 3+ years' PQE experience with excellent technical skills and sound litigation experience – ideally relating to general commercial litigation and/or insurance disputes. You'll have the confidence to work collaboratively with partners and team members and exhibit the soft skills important to building strong client and firm-wide relationships.
What we are looking for:
The successful applicant will have a proven track record and a passion for litigation, and will display the following skills and attributes:

3+ years' PQE
Personable, with well-developed communication skills.
A flair for teamwork and collaboration and a desire to mentor and develop junior solicitors.
Technically excellent with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a high energy environment with the ability to think on their feet.
