As an Associate Grid Operations Planner, you'll develop foundational skills in preparing outage documentation and coordinating safe access to transmission assets. In this role, you will:
Assist in designing detailed outage plans and operational documentation.
Support the commissioning and decommissioning of grid assets.
Contribute to grid planning process improvements as we transition to a more digital environment.

As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, expand your network, and develop valuable skills in grid operations.
About you
You're detail-oriented and comfortable learning in a technical environment. Naturally inquisitive, you enjoy solving problems, using information and logic to piece together outage plans, timeframes, and requirements. You're also open to new tools and technology and want to make processes more effective and efficient.
Whether you're beginning your career in infrastructure, have experience in a technical role, or are interested in developing grid operations expertise, we'll provide you with support and training to help you succeed in this role.
To be considered, your CV and cover letter will demonstrate the following:
Interest in the electrical industry or critical infrastructure.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication to convey technical information accurately.
While not essential, we'd love to see:
