This role ensures data quality, input requirements, campaign content monitoring, and reconciliation across multiple tools/platforms.In general, on a typical day, you will:Ensure new campaigns are created with the data requirements inputted in the influencer management platform before they go live.
Data requirements and exhaustive information are expected as part of daily work.Monitor newly published content to ensure they meet FTC and brand guidelines across multiple campaigns.QA that the campaign content is captured in the influencer management platform.Track and assign costs to the influencers for the campaigns in the influencer management platform.Ensure all YTD campaigns are in the influencer management platform with proper, accurate information.End-of-month spend reconciliation between brand internal systems and the influencer management platform.Effective communication with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate has the skills and experience with the following:1+ year of experience in data entries & analytics.Conducts and facilitates data entries, data issues identification & determines the root causes, and is able to troubleshoot/fix the issues with minimal supervision.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, VLookups) and Google Suite.Have a passion for data entries & governance.Conduct big data analysis, and great attention to detail.Process oriented with great documentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting professionally with external and internal stakeholders.Thrives within a dynamic and evolving environment, competent at generating process and structure where none exists.Self-motivated and driven, enthusiastic about the data integrity process.Familiar with Traackr, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Dashboard visualization would be a plus.Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.Salary:$55,000 - $65,000About InfluentialInfluential is an AI-powered technology and is the largest influencer marketing company in the world, by revenue.
