Your Day-to-day Responsibilities May Include Under the guidance of more experienced consultants, processing payroll requests and providing great client support Troubleshooting client issues and queries in an effective and timely manner Attending relevant product and skill courses Maintaining great client relationships Looking for growth areas and opportunity relating to sales What We're Looking For This opportunity will suit someone looking to build a client facing career in Financial Services.
You might have studied finance, business, or commerce, you could be fresh out of university or had some experience maybe in the banking or finance industry.
Great communication and professionalism Problem Solver Great Attitude Keen to learn Great time management and organisational skills Experience in customer service (this can include retail and hospitality) Great with numbers Computer Literate Adaptable Preferred but not essential a relevant degree and experience with - customer service.
