Permanent, Part-time
40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE)
We are looking for a permanent Associate Clinical Nurse Manager to join us in the Acute Assessment Unit and Medical Day Unit.
This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to gain clinical leadership skills and work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure delivery of safe and effective services.

The ideal candidate is driven, has a passion for innovation and is dedicated to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will be responsible for managing nurses and health care assistants, assisting with annual performance reviews and managing workload to meet KPIs.
There are opportunities to lead quality improvements and service innovations in AAU and MDU.
As the AAU model changes and expands, this role may also change to include a higher proportion of shift coordination than clinical administration.
5 years' experience in an acute setting is essential.
Typically, AM duties Monday-Friday but may include some afterhours duties (PMs and weekends).
