Associate Advisor

Growing business seeking two Associate Advisors to assist the Principal Advisors manage their clients.

Current Opportunity
As part of the team, you will be supporting our Principal Advisors to produce high-quality SOAs and ROAs, building your technical skills underpinned by clear communication and exceptional client service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Prepare para-planning advice requests for SOAs and ROAs sent to outsourced paraplanner.
Development of suitable client asset allocation & investment recommendations.
Financial modelling and/or research within agreed timeframes including using Xplan, Wealth Solver, and Risk Researcher.
Managing Centrelink entitlements for eligible clients.
Monitor and maintain cash liquidity levels within client portfolios according to their risk profile and relevant platform minimum cash balances.
Attend client appointments with one of the principal advisors and assist in the completion of client facts/assumptions & file notes.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you must:
Be experienced working in a professional financial planning business, as either a CSO/Paraplanner or Associate (2+ years).
Be a great communicator.
Have good work ethic and time management.
Have strong computer skills.
Have experience with Xplan.
