This role is responsible for assisting the sale of CyberCX capabilities, products, professional services, and managed services to existing accounts. 17th July, 2024 The work we do matters We protect and defend our customers and communities by providing the widest range of cyber security professional services in the region. What this role involves This role is responsible for assisting the sale of CyberCX capabilities, products, professional services, and managed services to existing accounts. Additionally, you will identify further sales opportunities within these accounts, build new customer accounts, manage customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinate the preparation and presentation of CCX sales proposals, quotes, and tenders. You will also be accountable for meeting team growth targets and KPIs. Day to day you will: Preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and account management plans Plan, create, build, and present proposals and presentations to customers on CyberCX services and offerings Assist in organising product demonstrations and conversations with technical SMEs and customers Assist in managing account plans for customer accounts to achieve sales revenue/ quota targets Work closely with customers to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for CyberCX Maintain call rates to assure contact with assigned customers, and act as the main interface between the customer and CyberCX to ensure a high level of service is provided Build working relationships and understand the customer's needs to leverage revenue from the relationship Liaise with technical staff regarding technical issues to ensure customer retention and continued business Identify and gain new business by following up referrals/leads Forecast and track customer account metrics, and drive customer retention, renewals, upsells and customer satisfaction, including regular reporting Maintain accurate business reporting including sales forecasts, CRM information and account plans 17th July, 2024 The work we do matters We protect and defend our customers and communities by providing the widest range of cyber security professional services in the region.
