We don't have all the answers to homelessness, but what we can provide is free clean laundry, a warm shower and genuine conversation to those doing it tough.As an Orange Sky (OS) Assistant Vehicle Leader, you will support the Vehicle Leader to maintain our most important asset – the van! You will help your local team out with troubleshooting any issues or faults with the van and drop-off and pick-up the van for repairs and maintenance. You don't need to be a mechanic or have in-depth vehicle knowledge, as long as you're willing to give things a crack and help with minor repairs.A week in the life of an Assistant Vehicle Leader may look like:Assisting with the weekly van checklist to ensure the van is always safe, clean, and stocked.Assisting to keep the van cleaned, maintained and coordinating servicing and repairs.Supporting the team as the secondary point of contact to troubleshoot vehicle-related issues.If you are organized, mechanically-minded and enjoy troubleshooting and tinkering under the hood you will be a great fit!Requirements:Be over the age of 18.Time commitment:Approximately 5 flexible hours per week.Getting started:The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below.
