If you have experience working in a similar role you may fit seamlessly into our team, but we're also interested in speaking with other applicants with a background in the industry who are ready to get stuck into a job like this. Key skills and attributes include: Experienced in engineering principals with a fabrication background, relevant trade qualification and a strong working knowledge of the heavy & light fabrication industry/workshop environment. A natural leader with the ability to encourage, mentor, train and foster a positive and collaborative working environment and team culture. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal with a good understanding of software and the ability to self-administrate. The ability to maintain a high level of productivity by observing good workshop practices. A solution focused communicator who can multitask and organise including excellent communication across workshop, management and external parties to ensure project success from concept to completion. Initiative identifying and solving potential issues. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
