We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader for our programme in the Havelock North area. This role is 15 - 22 hours per week (negotiable). As an Assistant Team Leader you will be leading a team of Programme Assistants to deliver an exceptional out of school care experience for our Bizzy Bodz children, families and the wider school community. You will be: empathetic and caringpositive and friendlyorganised and reliablegenuinely interested in working with childrenYou will have: great relationship building and problem-solving skills good attention to detail excellent communication skillsWe are looking for someone who has experience with and genuinely loves working with children. You may have worked in an after care or holiday programme, nannying, education or sports coaching environment. Experience managing a team would be advantageous but not essential. Preferably you would be available for after school care: 2.00-6.00pm. These hours are Monday to Friday during term time. Before care and School Holiday hours are flexible to suit but not essential.
