We're currently hiring for our next Assistant Manager at our Whangarei store.

This opportunity is for 38 Hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday:
Sunday: 9:45am-4:15pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45am - 5:15pm
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Support the Store Manager on all operational aspects and manage the team on the Store Manager's RDO.
Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Store Manager to understand the customer's needs.
Complete a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified.
Learn the Bendon approach, interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during, and after a fitting.
Excel in achieving operational functions through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.
