Assistant Store Manager - St Lukes

Here's what you will do most days:
Provide support to the Store Manager, assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the storeAssist with workplace scheduling so the store has sufficient staff coverEnsure our customers get the best experience possible by providing seamless customer serviceYou will also:
Coach and develop the team on all areas of customer service to ensure store and individual sales targets are achievedTalk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right productsAnd if you think of any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes, sing out!
