We search far and wide to find people who want to share our vision and help continue our journey.We are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring a wealth of retail knowledge, expert guidance, and an encouraging attitude to help lead and support our North City Store.What will you do in this role?Be responsible for leading our experienced Department Managers and our sales team.Identify areas and opportunities for improvement.Drive a culture of world-class customer service through your management team and take the business forward through expert leadership.Play a key role in setting the direction required to enable great performance.Develop and encourage commercial focus in your Department Managers.This role is all about motivating and inspiring your managers and team to provide an outstanding customer experience. Passion and knowledge of fashion, homewares, and lifestyle categories are a must.
