We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take on this senior leadership role in our St Lukes store. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, the expertise to manage systems and processes across the store environment, and the desire to be part of a management team constantly striving for success.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Duty management of the store, driving a high-performing sales cultureChampioning world-class customer service and coaching for performanceManagement of the Loss Prevention team and functionsManagement of Health & Safety processesStock Management and management of the store receiving teamManagement of all administration processesRecruitment, HR/ER functions, and wage managementAdherence to internal audit processesThe successful candidate must have: A strong focus on providing and driving exceptional customer serviceThe ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlinesPrevious experience using stock management and labour scheduling systemsExperience in motivating managers in a challenging and fast-paced work environmentExperience in retail management in a large format fashion or homewares environmentIn return, we offer a competitive salary and an attractive staff discount package across the Farmers and James Pascoe Group.
