The Opportunity: Permanent full-time opportunity 40 hours a week Rostered days from Sunday-Thursday, rostered day off on: Friday & Saturday Rostered hours Sun: 9:30am-17:30pm, Mon: 8:30am-6:00pm, Tues: 8:30am-6:00pm, Wed: 12pm-6:00pm, Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm, RDO: Fri & Sat.
Based at our local store in Northlink, Christchurch Why you'll love this role: As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving operational tasks that will lead the store to achieve sales results and smash key performance indicators.
You will do this by: Collaborating with the Store Manager to maximise each team member's full potential.
Driving store profitability while upholding our brand standards.
Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both customers and staff.
Maintaining visually stunning merchandising displays.
Providing support with administrative tasks and reporting.
You will enjoy a role where you are on the sales floor as well as inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a culture of engagement and enthusiasm among the team.
What you will bring to the role: Ideally you will have previous retail management experience along with a track record for driving sales and profitability.
You will also possess: Strong leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
Excellent communication skills to engage both team members and customers effectively.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every customer's visit is memorable.
Resilience and adaptability, showing an ability to drive change.
A problem solver with a knack to using your initiative to overcome challenges.
An affinity with outdoor adventure sports, reinforcing our "See You Out There" ethos within the store.
