To be successful in the role This is a position in a high-paced, high-turnover environment. To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Senior retail experience in a management position. Proven ability to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service. A talent and passion for creating a motivational and inspirational atmosphere for your team. Confidence in managing differing personalities in a team environment. Strength in providing ongoing comprehensive training and driving floor sales. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable. Who are we looking for?
