We're currently hiring for our next Assistant Manager at our Lunn Ave store. More about this opportunity: This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday Sunday- Monday: 8:45am - 5:00pm, Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Support the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDO.Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Store Manager to understand the customer's needs.Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified.Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during, and after a fitting.Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.Commit to our black-out periods; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025.
