The Role: We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join this high-end women's fashion boutique in Queenstown. This role will see you lead, inspire and coach a small team of passionate staff reporting to and supported by a highly experienced Store Manager and Area Manager. Driving Sales and KPIs, customer engagement and team member coaching and development. Identify areas of opportunity for your store and team in a high-profile space. Most importantly, you will thrive with customer service and put customers ahead of all else. The role & responsibilities: An exceptional salesperson: somebody who enjoys working with fashion and creating a great customer experience. Ensure efficient operation of your store to excel in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
