As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your store – from the team to the customers and the day-to-day operations that come with running the store as your own.
You'll be responsible for motivating, developing, and inspiring your team, with the concept of driving sales through customer service and the importance of converting every customer in store, exceeding sales results through creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Store Manager
Fostering a positive team environment
Providing exceptional customer care and maintaining customer relationships
Effective operational management of store systems and reporting
Working closely with the Territory Manager to coordinate retail store operations
Achieving retail & wholesale sales budgets and KPI targets
Inventory management and accuracy
Ensuring administrative and audit processes
Building and managing store sales as part of a team

Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous retail & people management experience is preferred. Will consider all applicants that have the right attitude and want to succeed and build their retail career
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence and engage with team and customers
Competence in all aspects of store operations and management
Passion for our brand, alignment to our values and culture
An outgoing personality with great communication skills
An ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of personal style
A focus on achieving KPI's
