Assistant Store Manager

The Role A rare opportunity has arisen to become our Assistant Store Manager. This is your chance to lead a close-knit team while developing your career and learning the inner workings of a small business. You will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store and sales team, as well as processing and sending out online orders. Experience in retail management is preferred, but we are open to passionate individuals from various backgrounds looking to move into the retail industry. Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of staff, including running monthly store training and day-to-day training. Handle the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management, administrative duties, and assisting the online store. Competitive remuneration package.
