To be successful in the roleThis is a position in a high-paced, high-turnover environment. To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
Retail experience in a management position.Proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service.An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team.Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment.Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales.Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a passionate, skilled, approachable retail professional to join our team.
