ABOUT YOU: Experience in leading a team in a customer-centric environment. A dedication for providing excellent customer service with the ability to engage and connect with customers on a personal level. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for building a productive, fun, and cohesive team environment. Ability to inspire and motivate your teams to be the best version of themselves. A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results. Experience in training and motivating staff in sales and customer service. A strong work ethic, with great organisational skills and a think "outside the box" approach to decision making. Highly motivated, dynamic attitude and someone who thrives in a challenge. A genuine interest in fashion and takes pride in helping others feel confident.
